Terms & Conditions

1. Food & Beverages

Wonderland City is the exclusive provider of all food and beverages on its premises.

• Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless approved by management in advance.
• For offsite events, alternative arrangements may be discussed and agreed prior to confirmation.
• All on-site consumption must be purchased from our cafeteria unless written approval is granted.

2. Event Planning

Final details (menu, setup, and event specifics) must be submitted at least 5 days before the event.

• Late submissions may cause complications, limited availability, or additional charges.

3. Booking Time

• Rentals are limited to the booked time slots only.
• Guests must vacate promptly to allow the next group to start on time.
• Late arrivals do not qualify for time extension or refund.

4. Attendance Guarantee

• Confirm the guaranteed attendee number at least 10 days before the event.
• The confirmed number is final and cannot be reduced.
• If attendance is below the minimum for the selected package, the original booked number is still charged.
• Additional attendees are charged accordingly.

5. Deposits

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• Prices may change until the booking is confirmed with a deposit.

6. Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due at the end of the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Non-payment may result in additional fees/penalties or refusal of future bookings.

7. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No refunds are provided if you are unable to attend.

8. Discounts

• Discount coupons must be declared at booking and presented at reception on the event day.
• Discounts in an original quote cannot be combined with other offers.
• Quoted discounts may be void if final attendance is lower than initially agreed.

9. Booking Changes

• Changes (menu, attendee numbers, etc.) must be made at least 10 days before the event.
• Dates cannot be changed within 10 days of the event.
• If more than 10 days remain, a date change incurs a €100 charge.
• No refunds for missed events or unused services.

10. Damages

• The booking client is responsible for damages caused by event guests.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

11. Outside Products

• Outside products (including food and beverages) are prohibited unless management approves in advance.
• We may refuse entry or remove unauthorized items.
